It has been … overwhelming? All my classes felt like teaching myself more than teaching my students. I tried to push myself by creating weekly themes (Sustainability, Spaciousness, Stability, Surrender). However, I found myself feeling stretched far too thin. But we show up anyway 🫠 Last themed class this week. Can’t wait to sit down and allow things to just sink in.
