Vipassana Meditation 10-day course
Day 1 or I don’t know. I’ve lost track of time during the retreat. On the first day, we were asked to surrender our valuables. I made the mistake (or a good decision) of leaving my watch too. I’d probably share fragments of my memories.

Noble Silence until Day 10. No talking, no eye contact, no nonverbal communication. Just working in isolation.
Breakfast was some very yellow congee, tofu skin crisps, saba, what else? Can’t remember anymore but I thought it was good and felt the loving-kindness.☺️
Woke up and took my 4:30 a.m. meditation seriously. I sat by the edge of my bed and worked on the given technique - Anapana, which is just breath observation. I’m so used to pranayama so this one was a bit of a new movement to my body. We’re not trying to regulate our breath, just observing – teaching us to witness reality as it is.

Ugh, should I continue writing about it?

Takeaway
It’s done nothing but amplify my energy even more.
I can pick up energy easily now
SLOW THE FUCK DOWN
Savor and allow yourself to experience all sensations, experience life in its full spectrum
The signal is always right for you.
Only taking in what serves you, the body naturally takes in what resonates with its frequency.
I’d probably edit this post later on.
